Interfilter introduces: Fine dust awareness day

An annual wake-up call for healthy indoor air

How clean is the air you breathed in today? Chances are you unknowingly inhaled thousands of fine particles. Invisible to the eye, but with major consequences for your health. That's why Interfilter introduces: Fine dust awareness day. Every year on October 16th. An annual themed day dedicated to raising awareness, education, and action on air quality and the importance of truly clean indoor air.

Why this day?

Fine particles are everywhere. They consist of microscopic particles released from traffic, industry, household activities, and even cooking. The smaller the particle, the deeper it penetrates the lungs and the greater the health risk. Think of:

  • Respiratory problems,
  • cardiovascular diseases,
  • an increased risk of cancer.

However, awareness of this issue is still limited. Fine dust awareness day aims to change this.

The Fine Dust Alarm campaign

Fine dust awareness day is part of our broader awareness campaign: Fine Dust Alarm. With this campaign, we want to wake up installers, building managers, end users, and policymakers. Only with the right air filters, applied according to official guidelines, can you truly protect yourself against fine particles.

Our message:

  • Apply air filtration according to the standard
  • Do not use substandard filters
  • Work with us to create a healthy living environment

Join us: Together for clean air

Fine particles are a silent polluter. You can't see it, but you breathe it in daily. That's why awareness is essential. With Fine dust awareness day, we want to share knowledge, start conversations, and provide concrete solutions. Because everyone deserves a healthy air to live and work in.

📅 16 October.

Your breath counts. Your contribution does too.
