The (Inter)filter college for partners

In addition to internal training, we are happy to share our knowledge with our partners. That’s why we organize (Inter)filter colleges on-site or host our partners at our office. These sessions are led by our experienced specialists and focus on both practical and strategic knowledge sharing.

During the college, we address questions such as:

Why is filtration essential in your sector?
What is the impact of fine dust on people and processes?
How do you select the right filter?
How do you perform a filter change efficiently and responsibly?

At Interfilter, we believe it’s important that our employees have up-to-date and broad professional knowledge. Only then can we offer optimal advice and truly add value.

That’s why we regularly organize internal knowledge sessions where we dive into all aspects of filtration — from air and dust filtration to liquid filtration. We also take specialized training from Avilo, part of our Group since 2024. Topics include nitrogen, compressed air, and generator analysis. In addition, we regularly invite suppliers to share their knowledge with us.

This way, our team continues to learn and grow, ensuring you can rely on expert advice and the best solution for your situation.

Young Professional Program

New talent deserves room to grow. That’s why we launched the Young Professional Program at Interfilter — a challenging, practice-oriented program for interns.

During this program, interns get to know various departments within our organization. This gives them insight into how we work and how our processes function. They immediately apply that knowledge to their own assignments and projects.

We encourage our interns to take initiative, share ideas, and develop themselves — both individually and together. Whether you're interested in technology, sales, marketing, or logistics, with us you’ll discover your strengths and get the chance to grow into a fully-fledged professional.
